Questions and Answers

  1. Should I use the Online Schedule Services?
    Yes, it is very easy. I am a one person business, so it is extremely hard for me to answer all phone calls, texts, and emails I receive on a daily basis. I apologize in advance if I do not return your phone call, or respond to your text or email within 24hrs. I was in service, booked-up or taking personal time off. Try to contact me at a later date or time. The "Online Schedule Service" is there for you to schedule your appointment without contacting me. I will always be there for your appointment. In the event, I can't make the schedule appointment, I will contact you via phone and email. Please keep your phone or email available for me to contact you in case of an emergency cancellation.

  2. Do I have to provide my name to schedule an appointment ?
     Please, I really would appreciate it. All services are strictly private and confidential.

  3. What to do if I am running late or tardy or early for my appointment?
     Please call as soon as possible. If time allots such as 10 or 15 minutes late services will still be honored. If 30 minutes or more tardy you may have to reschedule or services will be shortened. If you are early for your appointment please call or text before "knocking". I want to make sure the previous client has left my studio.

  4. NO SHOWS!!! Is it okay to do a No Show?
     If an event that you schedule an appointment and neither call to cancel, nor show up for your appointment, it will be very hard to set up another appointment with me. I understand that things happen in our lives, but you should call, text or email me as soon as you can before your appointment.

  5. If I get a wax, trim, shave or body facial / treatment service does it include a massage?
     No, it does not unless it is listed. If you still would like a massage after your service, this would be your choice. Please see my rates under Therapeutic Massage.

  6. Can I get a body treatment or massage with excessive skin moles and/or skin cancers and/or non contagious skin issues?
     Yes, you can receive selective services. Yes, just contact me and explain your situation

  7. How do I prepare for my Brazlilan Wax and does it "hurt" or what to do if I get "hard"?
     Please cleanse the area. Don't trim it. Please wait 2 weeks after shaving to get wax. If you have HSV, please wait until you have cleared up from your condition. Waxing does have a little "bite or sting" in the initial removal, but it goes away immediately. I do my best to make sure that you are comfortable. Some areas do not hurt at all. Other areas my be a little sensitive. The "pain" is 1/2 of what you think it is. No worries. If you get "hard", it is okay. It is better for me to wax or manscape you that way.
      
  8. Can I bring my wife or partner?
     Of course you can. They can sit and wait in the waiting area or come in the treatment room if you prefer.

  9. Can I contact you if I have other questions?
